Business E-Waste Pickup
Across Sydney
E-waste collection for businesses, liquidators and property managers. From redundant computers to decommissioned IT equipment, tell us what needs to go and we will confirm the collection arrangements.
Items must be from our main accepted list. Monitors, chargers, cables and other add-ons do not count towards the minimum. Check accepted items.
Collection timing, site requirements and any charges are confirmed before booking.
A practical collection option for your organisation
Businesses & IT teams
Make space after equipment upgrades, office moves or storage cleanouts. Send us an item list so we can assess the collection.
Liquidators & receivers
Arrange collection of authorised electronic equipment from insolvency and liquidation matters. Let us know your site contact, deadline and removal conditions.
Property & facilities managers
Coordinate removal of eligible electronics left in offices, commercial premises or storage areas, with authority to release the equipment confirmed before collection.
Equipment we can assess
- Desktop computers, laptops and tablets.
- Decommissioned servers and storage equipment.
- Routers, switches and other networking hardware.
- Computer components, cables and accessories.
Please include quantities and photographs where possible. Non-CRT monitors and other listed add-ons can accompany qualifying equipment but do not count towards the minimum. See our full accepted items list.
Keep the scope clear
- No TVs, printers or household appliances.
- This is an electronics collection service. Office furniture, general rubbish and building strip-outs are outside the stated scope.
- Equipment should be disconnected and ready for collection. Discuss racks, heavy items, stairs and loading restrictions in advance.
- Electrical disconnection and specialist decommissioning must be arranged before collection where required.

Confirm the arrangements
We review the scope and agree on access, loading requirements, timing and any charges before you book.
Prepare for pickup

For liquidators & receivers
To help us assess the job, please provide:
- The company or matter reference and authorised contact.
- Confirmation of authority to release the equipment.
- An inventory identifying what is included and excluded.
- Site address, access times, parking and loading details.
- Any collection deadline and documentation requirements.
Flag leased equipment, third-party property and items subject to retention or disposal restrictions before booking.
Plan for data before collection
Computers, drives and servers may contain confidential information. Back up and securely erase information before collection where possible.
A standard collection does not by itself include verified data erasure, certified destruction or a destruction certificate. Discuss any specific data-handling or documentation requirements with us before booking.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry details and information on collected devices.
Business collection questions
Is collection free?
Business collections require at least 5 items from our main accepted list. Add-ons do not count towards this minimum. Send your equipment list, quantities and suburb so we can confirm eligibility for free collection. Any charges for your particular collection will be discussed before booking.
Can you collect an entire office or warehouse?
We can assess the electronic equipment in a larger clearance. We do not offer a general rubbish, furniture removal or building strip-out service through this page. Send photos and access details so the scope can be confirmed.
Can you meet a clearance deadline?
Include the deadline in your enquiry. Collection dates depend on availability, the amount of equipment and site access. Your booking is confirmed only once arrangements have been agreed.
Can you provide collection paperwork?
Tell us what paperwork you need before booking so we can confirm what can be provided. Collection documentation should not be treated as proof of certified data destruction.
Have equipment ready to go?
Use our pickup form and include your organisation, equipment quantities, collection suburb, access details and preferred timeframe.
