Items must come from our main accepted list. Monitors, cables, chargers and other add-ons do not count towards the minimum.

These are the areas listed for our Sydney collection service. Dates depend on route availability, equipment quantities and site access. Your pickup is confirmed only once we agree on the arrangements.
Western & South Western Sydney

Inner Sydney

North Shore
North Sydney, Chatswood, Mosman, Lane Cove, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Willoughby, Artarmon, St Leonards, Roseville.
Southern Sydney
Bankstown, Hurstville, Kogarah, Miranda, Sutherland, Rockdale, Arncliffe, Brighton-Le-Sands, Engadine, Gymea.
Industrial & Business Areas
Silverwater, Botany, Mascot, Homebush, Chullora, St Peters, Alexandria Industrial, Parramatta CBD.

Preparing for a Sydney e-waste pickup
- Check the accepted items, add-ons and exclusions.
- Count qualifying items separately from monitors, cables and accessories.
- Tell us about stairs, lifts, parking, loading docks and heavy equipment.
- Back up and securely erase personal data where possible. Discuss any specific data-handling needs before booking.
- Wait for confirmation of a collection time before putting equipment out.

Pickup area questions
Can I request a particular collection day?
Yes. Include your preferred day or clearance deadline in the enquiry. We will confirm whether it fits the available collection schedule.
Is there a drop-off address?
This website offers a pickup service. Contact us before travelling to any location; a collection area is not a public drop-off site.
Do you collect TVs, printers or appliances?
No. These are excluded, along with the other items on our not-accepted list.
